This Privacy Policy explains how Riccardo Montagnin operates auth.montagnin.xyz, a self-hosted Authentik sign-in service.
Information we receive
When you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, profile identifier, and basic profile information permitted by Google’s sign-in flow. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or other Google services.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, identify your account, provide access to authorized services, maintain account security, and communicate with you about the service when necessary.
Storage and retention
Account information is stored on infrastructure controlled by Riccardo Montagnin. We retain it while your account is active and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you request deletion, subject to legitimate security, legal, or backup-retention requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share Google account information with third parties except service providers needed to operate the infrastructure, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the service and its users.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion
You may request access to or deletion of your account information by contacting riccardo.montagnin@gmail.com. You may also revoke this service’s access from your Google Account security settings.
